Meetings of the Board of Directors are confined to
discussion with reference to all designated agenda items.
PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE IF:
You are having issues with your unit.
You are having issues with your neighbors.
You are having issues with an Association policy.
You see something around the building that you
would like to bring to the attention of the Association.
You have a question or comment about something not
covered or answered at a meeting.
The office staff will be happy to create a work order or forward
your concern, question or comment to our Property Manager.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will allow us to conduct our
meetings in accordance with
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes.
SET UP A BANK TRANSFER TO PAY YOUR QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE
Pay your quarterly maintenance with a recurring and scheduled
ACH (Automated Clearing House) bank transfer. Please complete the
ACH Authorization Form and return it to the Management Office.
