Items become projectiles during a storm, and can damage other units, damage cars, or cause injury to people. 48 hours prior to any storm (Tropical or Hurricane) impacting the area, all items must be removed from all balconies. Any unit where items are still outside will be entered and items secured for a $200 Association Fee (regardless if the storm changes direction or intensity). If a key is not on file, the cost of a locksmith or replacing a door will be the owner's responsibility as well.
